About
Jo Dale is a consultant, with over sixteen successful years of experience in the Organisational Development arena. During her career, Jo has held a variety of roles ranging from selection and marketing at London Business School to broader roles working in, and with, a number of blue chip companies such as Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan. Originally a languages graduate, Jo became interested in the complex relationship between the business and its employees and went on to study and successfully complete an MSc in Organizational Behaviour. She is also qualified (through the British Psychological Society) at Level A and B for psychometric usage and has in her portfolio a number of profiling tools, both for individuals and organisations. She is currently undergoing coaching accreditation with the ICCA.
Jo's broad experience and education has enabled her to develop a skill set and knowledge that will help you define the most appropriate actions to take to positively impact your bottom line. Jo will review with you your current challenges, gain an understanding of the broader issues and design and deliver successful solutions that can be tracked and measured. Whether the solution involves setting a new set of organisational goals, creating an employee engagement programme or creating a talent management strategy, Jo will ensure that you and your team will have the information, the skill set and the ability to carry it out and therefore ensure continual success.
Jo undertakes work nationally at individual, team and organisational levels. As well as working as a freelance associate for a number of leadership and development consultancies she currently sits as a non-executive director for a work and well-being organisation and is a strategic advisor to a government agency focused on leadership development in the further education sector.
Her specialist interests lie in the areas of individual leadership development, cultural change and talent management.
